I am sorry that many of you have received blank emails from me the last few days. I have been dealing with technical issues with my emails. I had some technical difficulties when the newsletter went out. I am so sorry for the inconvenience. I have been working endlessly to get to the bottom of the problem for the last 2 days. I have every tech team from my email servicer to my hosting company looking into this. And they said that they hope to find a solution for me in a few days. Thank you to everyone who reached out to me and let me know of the issues. I appreciate your emails so much! My email was fine on the test run but when it was scheduled to go out, the email arrived blank in your inbox. And I would not have known if it wasn't for my wonderful readers who flooded my inbox to let me know. I LOVE and appreciate all of you so much! For future reference, if you ever encounter problems receiving my emails, go first to my newsletter on my website. It is the most up to date and will have a copy of my newsletter there. You know I love giving away my secrets. So here is another Success Secret... Dealing with technical glitches and mishaps are parts of running an online business. Brick and mortar stores have technical glitches here and there but it doesn't affect the core parts of their business like an online base business. Because we are so dependent on so many pieces of technology to sync together to run our business. Everyone always talks about the rosey experiences. And NONE of the "gurus" will talk about the times when something breaks or fail. Here is another Success Secret... You will learn and grow more from the mishaps and mistakes than anything else. So when I face a challenge in my business (in any industry, and in any niche), I see it as a learning experience and try to grow from it. Because if you don't deal with it head on, the problem will not go away, it will just come back and bite you in the behind later. So I rather deal with a problem as soon as they first arise. And don't get frustrated when things don't go as planned. That's also part of running a business. Most of the time, things will not go as planned. You do your best, plan for the worst case scenario and have a plan B if things do not go as expected, and have a positive attitude. The problem will work itself out eventually. I know you won't believe me when you're in the middle of dealing with the chaos. But have faith and forge forward.
Just like me, I had so many emails that were delivered and they were blank. I also had so many deadlines that are due on Monday that I couldn't afford to loose time to deal with mishaps. But it all came pouring down this weekend. And I had to figure it out. So because my email services is experiencing some issues, I will be moving my service to another provider. I was planning to do that months ago but didn't have the time to do that. And this weekend, I didn't have a choice. Sometimes the universe creates chaos so that we would get back on the right track. I also had to be creative and think quickly on my feet. Figure out a work around and find some alternative solutions. Again, the importance of having a plan B!
And even though this looks like a simple email, it actually took me 3 days to get it out to you, 2 days to write the whole email from scratch over 5 different times. I am telling you this, not to scare you (especially if you are new to the entrepreneurship journey). But I am telling you this to give you encouragement to keep going even if you are experiencing setbacks. Do not give up. Keep trying and tweaking and trying again.
I have so many projects in the works. I am also in the process to organize all of my challenges into a separate platform so that you and I can monitor your progress. There will be quizzes, assignments, and courses to get you moving along. Trust me when I say that I am invested in helping you succeed! I've spent easily a few thousand dollars in the last few months on softwares that will enable me to better serve you. I just love my community!
